
CHATANIX comes from Sakurai City in Nara Prefecture in Japan. CHATANIX is the leading expert who succeeded in first introducing club music to use within the various sports scenes in Japan, beginning with snowboarding and surfing.
Along with creating original songs, CHATANIX has collaborated with various other musicians. In the year 2002, he first collaborated with Sugizo on the song "Music From Land of the Rising SUN" featured on the album "GLOBAL MUSIC !" He has remixed various songs including "OCEAN COLOR DO-FUNK" featured on Sugizo's remix album "SPIRITUARISE", and "Limited Record" for B-DASH's maxi single "ha-ko-".
On New Year's Eve 2006, he was in charge of the entrance music for the K-1 fighter Genki Sudo, the center of attention at the time, at "K-1 PREMIUM 2006 Dynamite!! in Kyosera Dome Osaka" . He has also supplied his works to various media throughout Japan including "Hokkaido Nippon ham fighters 2006", "Dance Dance Revolution 2005-2006" and "X-TRAIL JAM in Tokyo Dome 2003".
