K-GO & MUMEI started in 2015 as a project between trackmakers/DJs K-GO and Mitsuki Nagasawa. At the same time, they also started the underground techno party based in Shibuya, “Origenysis,” at En-Sof Tokyo. In January 2016, the duo opened up the night for WEAVES at WOMB Lounge. Their sound lays its foundation in dark minimal techno, while stemming into dub techno, industrial, and deep techno, performed on a 4-channel mixer, effects, and samplers, to deconstruct, reconstruct, and elevate tracks.
