YALLA FAMILY is a multi-ethnic entertainment crew set up in 2007, started musical activities in LA. In 2008, they have been selected as an opening act of A.I. ’s live performance in LA. After this major turning-point, they accumulate a collaboration with U.S. top-class artists. They moved their location of activities in Tokyo nowadays, holding regular event "YALLA PARTY" at DIX Azabu.

DJ Chika has built a strong reputation in Japan for his incredible DJ play where he integrates sampling techniques and live MPC performances in his set! Today DJ Chika plays a key role in "CRADLE," which is the team he formed with the talented Tomoki Seto (president of Palette Sounds) who is also a turntablist, DJ and track-maker. For their first 12" release, CRADLE teamed up with emcee Aloe Blacc (Emanon) to create the song "Make It Last" which catapulted them to fame. The limited edition debut single of 2000 copies quickly sold out all over Japan, resulting in CRADLE releasing the single in the US, Europe and Australia. CRADLE's album titled "Attitude" has already sold over 14,000 copies worldwide.

DJ TOYO plays an genre-defying mix that earns him fans from all generations. Since 2008, he’s been the resident DJ at the Friday night party at CLUB HARLEM called The Finest. He is also a regular DJ at PUNCH OUT!!!
He played the 2010 Japan tour of ELI ESCOBAR, the monster party HOT JAM held at VUENOS TOKYO and events for NY artist MISHKA. His mix of hip hop, house and disco is popular all over Japan.

ITOOO (FRANK JP)

ITOO is the former editor in chief of WARP magazine and he is well known in Japan for his unusual take on all matters cultural. He currently works as the editor in chief of web magazine COLORFARM. He also works as a freelance coordinator, art director and works on PR for street brands ROC STAR and BIG-O’s SWAGGER brand.

KAN TAKAGI

Born in Zushi in 1961. He joined punk band FLESH in 1979. He performed in garage band Tokyo Bravo from 81-84. In 84 he was in the Osamu Tezuka movie Stardust Brothers. In 85he was asked by Yan Fujita to rap in support of Seiko Ito. In 1986 he formed unit TINY PUNX with Hiroshi Fujiwara. At the same time he opened a club and it started a DJ boom, which got lots of attention. In 1988 he formed label and production company MAJOR FORCE with Gota Yashiki, KUDO and Hiroshi Fujiwara. In 1991 he released his first solo album “Fruits of Rhythm” on EPIC/SONY, the first of four.
