Celectrixx

Celectrixx is an electronic musical duo, formed in Tokyo Japan in late 2009. They have showcased throughout Asia, South America, Mexico, the U.S. and Europe.
They consist of Japanese producer, Katsuya Everywhere(electric/upright bass,programming) and world acclaimed vocalist/songwriter N'Dea Davenport(producer,drums/percussion,arranger).

With no official music release date, their approach has been to strip back conventional patterns by re-presenting live and digital elements that grow organically with their audience. Their collective credits and musical history
reads firstly with N'Dea being recognized as former member and "the voice" of British funk band,
The Brand New Heavies. Also varied collabs, Guru's Jazzmatazz, J-Dilla, DJ Premier(Gangstarr) DJ Rodger Sanchez/Armand Van Helden, Mush(Massive Attack), Mos Def, Mark Ronson(Amy Winehouse) and others.

Those most familiar with Japan and it's rich musical artistry, can align Katsuya Everywhere with hip-hop/electro artist SONPUB, WISE(Teriyaki Boys), drummer Sohnosuke Imaizumi of Quasimode and flugelhorn/Jazz vocalist Toku.
Doing double duty as a nightlife/club impresario, he is also highly regarded as a popular resident DJ at the exclusive international party destination LeBaron de Paris,Sound Museum Vision and others.

Highlights of their recent live dates were appearances at Nublu Jazz Festival - Sao Paulo Brazil, featured speaker and performers at TEDx San Miguel de Allende Mexico and Cannes Film Festival 2013. They continue to perform, write and record original compositions embarking on a forthcoming cd.
