SIMIAN MOBILE DISCO is a popular electro/techno duo, who have released 4 albums since teaming up in 2005 London until their latest album release "Whorl" in 2014, which uses only modular synthesizers, sequencers and a mixer. They have contributed to the fusion of rock and dance music in UK indie scenes, and as constant leaders of indie dance scenes in the UK, they have performed at two of Japan's largest rock festivals, Fuji Rock Festival and Summer Sonic, and gained popularity in Japan as well. Its member James Ford is also known as the producer of Britain's popular rock band Arctic Monkeys' albums. This time, Jas Shaw, who is the manager of SIMIAN MOBILE DISCO DJ SET overseas, and who has achieved back-to-back DJ with German Techno's top artist Roman Flugel, is coming to Japan.
