The 2 year anniversary party of the house and techno party, "BLACK ON IT,” will be held at Shibuya WOMB with resident DJs, MASANORI MORITA of Japan's world class dance music unit STUDIO APARTMENT, who will be releasing material from the new label "N.E.O.N" in April 2019, and OSAMU M, the man who performed at "ULTRA JAPAN RESISTANCE" for four years straight from 2015, shouldering Japan's house/techno scene.

Commemorating 2 years, an unprecedented B2B SET is planned as special content due to two big name Japanese artists who are working on the global front lines, SATOSHI TOMIIE and KEN ISHII!
MASANORI MORITA and OSAMU M will also appear as resident DJs for a B2B SET.

At the 4F relation Lounge, the Okinawan twins DJ unit, USEA, who achieved their first performance at "ULTRA JAPAN RESISTANCE STAGE" last year September, will perform as resident DJs for the 1st Anniversary Party of "relation," and DJs with experience performing inside and outside of the country, including Risa Taniguchi and BLACK SHIP, will gather at relation.

Leading 1F S-3 Lounge is the joint project of "S-3": "SPACE FLOWER," "SLEEPING BAG," and "SYMPATHY." Team "S-3" suggests next generation fun for the Tokyo party scene.
