Straight out of the south side of Chicago, at barely 18 years old Jamie 3:26 was ap-pointed resident DJ of the legendary club A.K.A.'s forging a close relationship with the charismatic symbol of Chicago house, Ron Hardy, paving the way to accomplish a va-riety of feats. Jamie's release of "Basement Edits" on the label operated by Ron's family initially caught the attention of Theo Parrish and then took off, becoming hailed and treasured as a killer tune by DJs the world over! Moreover, "Hit It N Quite It", a re-edit of Loleatta Holloway's "Hit and Run" which was recorded for a compilation that was re-leased on Lumberjacks in Hell, was later released on the Salsoul label, becoming an in-stant classic and setting dance floors all over the world on fire!


More recently, Jamie 3:26 was a headliner for Boiler Room's Final Night in Paradise, which was a homage to the house music scene that he and Larry Levan had created.
