She was born in 1989 and is from Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture. She started playing the piano at the age of 6 and flute at the age of 13.
After she entered Osaka Prefectural Senyo High School, she met tenor saxophone in the light music club.
After she entered Koyo Conservatory in 2008, she studied under Mitsuhiro Furuya and Eiichiro Arasaki.
She has been performing live since she was in school, and in 2009 she won the Best Soloist Award for "Power LIVE 2009".
She also participates in live support and recording of artists she has met through a wide range of activities.
Among the tenor saxophone players who are rare among women nowadays, her powerful sound and aggressive performance have become her trademark, and she is widely active not only in Japan but also overseas such as Taiwan, Mexico and Spain.
In 2017, she performed in all performances as a KitKat club band for the musical "Cabaret" directed by Suzuki Matsuo and starring Masami Nagasawa.
She has recently been enthusiastically conducting seminars and lessons on Roland's first digital wind instrument aerophone, and has also serialized articles from the music magazine "Sax World Vol.6".
