Raresh approved! Minimal house whiz kid DoubtingThomas will be performing at VENT BAR with Japanese national treasure Kuniyuki.


DoubtingThomas, one of the hottest names in minimal house, whose releases on la-bels like EASTERNDERZ, ORGANIC MUSIC and Dokutoku, have garnered loads of posi-tive feedback, will be at VENT BAR on July 29th!


Frenchman DoubtingThomas has been experimenting with a wide scope of genres since the 90s, including downtempo, trip-hop, breakbeat, jazz, and ambient, and has steadily built up a solid name for himself. With a tireless work ethic and focus on crea-tivity, Doubting Thomas has become a force to be reckoned with within the European house and techno scene.


He has worked with Henrik Schwarz and DJ Nature, was part of 4Hero's Dego's 2000Black compilation, and has received strong support from the world's top DJs like DJ Harvey and Gilles Peterson. Sapporo-based national treasure Kuniyuki, who has been getting tons of love the world over is also on the bill. Additionally, DJ Shhhhh, producer of the "Voodoohop Entropia 1.5" compilation LP by South American party/art collective Voodoohop, and organizer/supporter of Nicola Cruz, Chancha Via Circuito, and BARRIO LINDO's Japan gigs, is slated to perform.
