Tokyo Community Radio (TCR), an online radio platform run by Licaxxx, has launched a new event series.
The online event “communities”, which connected five cities across Japan, including Tokyo, in 2020 during the pandemic, will be developed into a real event, introducing local communities that spread deeply throughout Japan, and is a new step toward steadily connecting to the fast-growing Asian region as well as to the Western world.

At the center of this organically circulating circle are the TCR residents, led by Licaxxx, the organizer of the festival, the generation that already forms the core of the current local scene, and the new generation that will bring even more depth to the scene in the future.
