Straight after graduating from high school in 2011, KPP made her major label debut with the release of ”MOSHI MOSHI HARAJUKU” from Warner Music Japan. It was her first album produced by Yasutaka Nakata of popular electronic pop music duo CAPSULE. Her first full-length album, "PAMYU PAMYU REVOLUTION" (released in May 2012), debuted at No. 1 on the Oricon Daily Chart, the Japan iTunes ranking and many other charts the world over. In the same year, she completed her first Japan tour, as well as her first show at the prestigious Nippon Budokan music hall and even a performance on the coveted annual TV music show NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen. In early 2013, she embarked on her first world tour, stopping at 13 cities in eight countries. Her long-awaited sophomore album "Nanda Collection" landed at No.1 on the Oricon Weekly Chart in its first week in June 2013.
