Model Citizen is a DJ and Producer. He has played alongside the world’s top DJs and Producers including Hernan Cattaneo, Tim Mason, Chris Lake, Steve Smooth, Ko Kimura, Vivid, Rennie Foster and many more. Model Citizen has played Tokyo's Top clubs including Womb, Ageha, Club Asia, Velours, Warehouse (Ele), and countless other live houses and small clubs.
With humble roots, Model Citizen began his DJ career in 2005. He was the opening act for a friend’s event at the modest club Enjoy House in Ebisu. Not missing a beat MC quickly established himself as a serious DJ, and soon after, he was playing larger clubs in Tokyo such as Ever, Velours, and the now famous Synergy Parties at Womb - one of the largest clubs in Asia.
The MC story continues today with more big shows being lined up for 2020 and beyond. He has also released original production work - available on Beatport.
