DJ YU-i is one of Japan’s busiest and most exciting female DJs.
Growing up on a healthy diet of classical and unplugged sounds since childhood, her successful career as a model in her teens introduced her to the captivating world of entertainment and she hasn't looked back since.
Not long after her career on the catwalk, she discovered the rich and evolving world of electronic dance music and in 2010 began her career as a DJ, playing a groovy mix of house, techno and electro.
Despite only four years behind the decks, her classical sensibilities and natural ability to read a dancefloor have seen her graduate to the upper echelons of Japanese dance music.
Since then, she is a regular face through Japan’s most important club and party capitals including Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, Okinawa and her native Nagoya,alongside increasingly internationally.
