A Six-Area Urban Cultural Experience Beyond the Traditional Music Festival
Haneda Innovation City × Zepp Haneda will feature six distinct areas: the live stage at “Zepp Haneda,” “Monsoon Street Market” bringing together food and culture from across Asia, the immersive “Immersive Gallery,” the boundary-free nightlife experience of the “Dance Area,” the runway-view “Sky Lounge,” and “Fashion Runway,” showcasing the creative spirit of Asia.
More than just a music festival, the two-day event is designed as an urban cultural experience where music, art, fashion, and food intersect.

宇宙人 (Cosmos People)
Formed in 2004, Cosmos People are a three-piece Taiwanese rock band and winners of Best Band at the 2023 Golden Melody Awards. Known for their distinctive groove combining powerful beats, refreshing melodies, and an effortless pop sensibility, the band has built a strong following both in Taiwan and abroad. In 2024, they successfully performed at WWW X in Shibuya and sold out Taipei Arena on the first day of ticket sales.
百合花 (Lilium)
Blending Taiwanese Hokkien with traditional musical forms such as Beiguan and Nanguan, Lilium have developed a sound entirely their own. Their work earned them Best Taiwanese Album at the 2022 Golden Melody Awards, establishing them as one of the leading acts in Taiwan’s independent music scene.
馬念先 (Ma Nien-hsien)
A musician and actor, Ma Nien-hsien is one of Taiwan’s most versatile artists. Incorporating funk, soul, and R&B into his music, he has earned a devoted following through his distinctive sound and humor-filled live performances.
我是機車少女 (I'mdifficult)
Formed in 2018 and based in Taipei, I'mdifficult are an experimental pop band. Following their first successful Japan tour in 2023, they embarked on their largest international tour to date in 2024, spanning 12 cities. Their shows in Taipei, Kaohsiung, and Hong Kong all sold out.

Taking advantage of Haneda’s unique location directly connected to an international airport, TOKYOMONSOON aims to become a platform for bringing the new wave of Asian culture from Tokyo to the world.
