In addition to his work as a DJ and turntablist, he is energetically active across a wide range of fields; for instance, he supervised and wrote the definitive disc guide *Wamono A to Z: Japanese Groove Disc Guide* and curated a compilation of Japanese groove music released worldwide by a French label.Don't miss his overwhelming DJ performance, featuring an incredible selection of tracks, technical wizardry—including extensive use of scratching and sampling—and dynamic mic work! What is Wamono Sound? - the cream of the Japanese Jazz, Funk, Soul, AOR, Machine Funk, Boogie, Rare Groove and Disco music developed throughout the years since the end of the sixties in Japan.
▣ DJ 吉沢dynamite.jp（ヨシザワ ダイナマイト ドット ジェイピー）
東京生まれ。94～02年迄ロック・バンドTHEATRE BROOKのメンバー（現サポート）としてDJを担当し『FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL '24』の「FIELD OF HEAVEN」ステージに出演。00年「和田アキ子 / 古い日記」のリミックスを皮切りに、15年リットーミュージックより監修/執筆された『和モノ A to Z -Japanese Groove Disc Guide-』はディスクガイドとしては異例の売上を記録し、これまでに３度目の増刷がされた。また各レコード会社からのコンピやサブスクの監修、アナログ再発やリエディット等、クラブシーンに留まらずメディアや書籍など幅広い分野で活躍している近年の”和モノ・ブーム”を牽引するトップDJの一人である。そして20年よりフランスの180Gレーベルよりワールド・ワイドにリリースされた和モノ・コンピ・を監修。海外でも局地的に話題となり、近年は日本民謡グルーヴのコンピをリリース！

Born in Tokyo. He has been active on multiple fronts—performing as a member (and current support musician) of the popular Japanese Funk-Rock band Theatre Brook from 1994 to 2002, appearing as a DJ at the "FIELD OF HEAVEN" stage at the Fuji Rock Festival. He has released numerous works since his 2000 remix of Akiko Wada’s "Furui Nikki" (Old Diary). In 2015, he supervised and authored *Wamono A to Z: Japanese Groove Disc Guide* (published by Rittor Music); the book achieved exceptional sales figures for a disc guide, going into its third printing. He is active across a wide range of fields—extending well beyond the club scene into media and publishing—where he curates compilations and streaming playlists for various record labels, and works on vinyl reissues and re-edits. He is, in short, one of the leading DJs driving the recent "Wamono" (Japanese Groove Music) boom. In 2020, he began supervising a series of "Wamono" (Japanese groove music) compilations released worldwide by the French label 180G. These releases have garnered attention abroad, and a new compilation focusing on Japanese folk song grooves is scheduled for release soon. His DJ style is highly original; not content with simply playing existing tracks, he incorporates microphone performance alongside "trick play" techniques that make extensive use of scratching and samplers!
